The Telephoner



Whenever, I find myself in times of trouble, looking for the right stuff to speak about  towards making a bit of a difference  with the person I am talking too on the telephone I think of the three  guys of distinction. You know the (bogyman), someone who ought to score up and of course (par man) right on the money, or even the (eagle eye) caller who  greets as if I were a nothing and a nobody. Here  I try to relay a legal myth with as much simplicity as possible. For, example, a Supreme Court Judge once mentioned a simplicity of possibility is good abridgment “I find that when I tell lawyer jokes to a mixed audience, the lawyers don't think they're funny and the non-lawyers don't think they're jokes. J.R.
 I will speak to guests like royalty, as liken to  a desire to see the engagement as a unique and superior form admitting to professional trust. Legal services are only performed by the applier of the law, the attorney of record, for the firm. On the Telephone a Paralegal motto is to pass the efficiency, towards keeping the assigned expert performance agreeable. Be especially nice and do not get perturbed-I am the bigger guy approach is your fairway; and, the long distant shot of cooperation allows the other person to witness your paralegal skills; and besides, let’s face facts, anger ruins at least 30 minutes of the day.
